Do I have to get my phone wet?

No! All of our screen protectors use a full silicone adhesive coating that won't leave any residue when removed.

Is the screen protector an exact fit?

Yes, all of our screen protectors are specifically designed to fit your device, there is no cutting or modifying needed. Our screen protectors are cut specifically to cover maximum amount of the surface. Please Note: Some screen protectors will be slightly smaller than the actual screen to avoid bubbles.

Are your products bubble free?

Yes, the screen protector must be applied to a clean surface and any small bubbles can be wiped away with a smooth card or your thumb otherwise they will go away naturally within 48 hours.

What if I get dust or debris under my screen?

You can remove the screen protector by applying a piece of scotch tape at one of the corners of the screen protector, and use another piece of scotch tape to remove the dust or debris from your phone face.

Will the screen protector move once it is applied on the screen?

No, once the screen protector is applied to the screen, it will not slide or move.

How do I remove the screen protector once it is applied?

You can remove the screen protector by applying a piece of scotch tape at one of the corners of the screen protector, and then slowly lift the tape along with the screen protector.

Will the screen protectors leave a sticky residue?

All of our screen protectors (Ultra Clear and Anti-Glare) will not leave a sticky residue. All of our screen protectors have full silicone adhesive coating that won't leave any residue when removed.

Return Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase from PerfectFitTech.com. 

There is a 10% restocking fee and the cost of the shipping if free shipping was used.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty Steps

1. Contact us - Please email us with the following information:

  • Invoice Number (if purchased at PerfectFitTech.com)*
  • Your full name and mailing address
  • The item you would like to have replaced

*NOTE: If the item was not purchased directly from PerfectFitTech.com, a proof of purchase is required.

We will send you a product replacement for a $4.50 handling charge plus standard shipping cost to your location.
